Hi, I am Atena.

I've always been curious about people — what drives us, what holds us back and what becomes possible when we start looking at things differently.

My path to coaching wasn't a dramatic one. I spent more than 15 years building my career in international business, working across operations, sales, transformation, culture and change. I enjoyed solving problems, bringing structure to complexity and finding ways to make things work better. But as my career evolved, I realized that the part of my work I was increasingly drawn to was the human side.

The conversations behind the work.

Helping someone look at a situation differently. Supporting people through change. Asking the question that opened up another possibility. Helping someone find confidence in an idea or decision. Those were often the moments that stayed with me.

From business to coaching — without leaving the business part behind.

My curiosity about people eventually led me to iPEC, where I trained as a professional coach and became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.

Coaching taught me something that sounds simple but is incredibly powerful: We often have more answers within us than we realize.

The difficulty is hearing them amongst expectations, responsibilities, fears, habits and all the opinions around us. But I also realized I didn't want to leave behind the practical side of who I am. I like ideas. I like possibilities. I like taking something that feels vague or complicated and asking, “Okay — what could we actually do with this?”

That's why my coaching combines both. I'll give you space to think, reflect and understand yourself more deeply — but when you're ready to move, I'll also help you bring structure to what's next.

Life isn't lived in neat categories.

Career. Relationships. Family. Ambition. Confidence. Identity. Wellbeing.

They constantly overlap.

A career decision can change your family life. Becoming successful can change what success means to you. A personal idea can become a business. Something you once desperately wanted can stop feeling important. And you can be grateful for the life you have while still questioning parts of it. I don't believe there's one formula for a fulfilling life.

I believe there's value in understanding yourself well enough to discover what yours looks like.

What you can expect from me

I won't tell you how you should live your life.

I'll listen. Ask questions. Challenge you when it's useful. Help you notice what's difficult to see from the inside and bring structure when your thoughts feel scattered. Sometimes I'll help you slow down. Sometimes I'll challenge you to move. And sometimes we'll discover that the thing you thought needed changing doesn't need changing at all.

My role isn't to decide what's next for you.

It's to help you discover it — and, when you're ready, do something about it.
