My Approach
New Perspectives. Meaningful Progress.
I believe that the way we see ourselves, our challenges and our possibilities has a powerful influence on the choices we make.
Sometimes, we're so close to a situation that it's difficult to see beyond our usual thinking. We rely on familiar assumptions, question our abilities or continue following a path without stopping to consider whether it's still right for us. Coaching creates an opportunity to step back, look at things differently and make more intentional choices.
My approach brings together self-awareness, fresh perspectives and practical action.
It's not about giving you a ready-made solution. It's about helping you discover what works for you and supporting you as you put those insights into practice.
How We'll Work Together
1 Get Clear
Understand where you are and what matters most.
We begin by exploring your current situation, what you're experiencing and what you'd like to change or achieve. Through thoughtful questions and reflection, we look at your values, strengths, priorities and the beliefs that may be influencing your decisions. Sometimes, the goal you initially bring to coaching changes as you gain a deeper understanding of what you really want.
You begin to see your situation with greater clarity.
2 Explore Possibilities
Challenge assumptions and discover new ways forward.
Once we understand what matters, we explore different perspectives and possibilities. We might examine familiar thinking patterns, question assumptions that are limiting your choices or consider options you haven't previously given yourself permission to explore. This stage is about expanding your thinking rather than rushing towards an answer.
You begin to recognize possibilities and choices that may not have been clear before.
3 Take Action
Turn insight into meaningful progress.
Understanding yourself is valuable, but lasting progress also requires action. Together, we translate your insights into realistic goals, practical next steps and ways to track your progress. Between sessions, you'll have opportunities to apply what you've discovered, reflect on what works and bring new experiences back into our conversations. As your priorities evolve, we can adjust the plan.
You move forward with greater intention, confidence and accountability.
